MIX Martial Art

Shidokan was created by Kancho Yoshiji Soeno in Japan. Shidokan Jitsu was created by Kaicho Mohsen Terkawi in Kuwait later. Shidokan is the parent of Shidokan Jitsu. They are almost identical. They are both described as "Triathlon of Martial arts" meaning they consist of Karate , Muay Thai, and grappling-based martial arts. However, Shidokan Jitsu added more ground fighting and wrestling techniques , and some changes in Kata. Thats a general comparison. I will do my best to add more information in the future.
